I have been training with William for about a year now, and it's been my first "professional" training experience. I thought I would sign up for a trainer to help me to reach my fat loss and fitness goals. I thought I could use help as my body recently experienced two consecutive pregnancies in my late thirties, and now at 40, with two toddlers and project-based work, I have limited time. I have been weightlifting for over 15 years and have always been skeptical of personal trainers assuming they wouldn't know any more than I did about weight loss training. Since training with William I have changed my opinion. William has shown me that you can accomplish more weight loss in a half an hour with a fitness trainer than you can in hours by yourself. To Whom It May Concern, I've had the pleasure of working with William for the last few months and I can honestly say he is the best trainer I've ever hired. I had been a member of my neighborhood gym for over a year and watched him with his clients but was not ready to fully commit myself to a fat loss regime but i knew he was the trainer that i was going to hire when i overheard two of his clients in the locker room talking about the weight loss success they'd had since starting with him. i was impressed by his approach, he seemed to take into account what his clients were trying to achieve and he helped them move towards their goals a safe, realistic manner. I would like to recommend William as a professional fat loss expert! I started training with William in late January 2009 and in almost 6 months, he has guided me in the right direction to achieve my goals and I've already achieved a tone of weight loss. When I first met William, we discussed my goals and time frames to meet those goals. William was honest and up front in how realistic my goals/time frames were. Early on in my training plan, William knew exactly when to push me and when to encourage me. The subtle text messages to make sure you are still on pace to meet your next weigh in goal are a great reminder to stay "on the program". He provided variety in workouts. No workout is exactly the same so it keeps workouts from getting boring. One of the things I feel Williams strengths is the fact that he prepares you to train by yourself. I have learned more about weight loss training in the past 6 months of working with William than I had in a long time. In addition to weight loss training, William teaches you about eating right and cardio training. William is very reliable as a trainer. I never had to wonder if William was going to show up for a training session. In the event he had a conflict, he would contact me well in advance so we could reschedule the session.
